A structured 8-week program for students aged 12-18. Students work with professional musicians, perform at the end of each session, and receive mentorship from Brown Sugar's resident artists. Need-based scholarships available.
Learn the fundamentals of live recording and home studio production — microphone placement, signal chain, DAW basics, and mixing for playback. Participants record a live session in Brown Sugar's intimate space and leave with a finished product.
We offer field trip programs for middle school, high school, and college groups. Students attend a live performance followed by a Q&A with the artists. Custom curriculum integration available upon request.
