When does membership open?

Founders Circle membership opens to the public in Fall 2026. Waitlist guests receive first access and priority placement based on signup date.

Are memberships refundable?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your membership year, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Can I upgrade my membership tier?

Yes — upgrade at any time. Founding members who upgrade receive a 10% loyalty discount on the difference in annual dues.

Are gift memberships available?

Yes. Gift a membership to someone who deserves it. Contact us at hello@brownsugarlisteningroom.com and we'll set it up.

Where is Brown Sugar Listening Room?

Greensboro, North Carolina. We're a 120-seat listening room — no exceptions. Every seat within 25 feet of the stage. That's by design.

What's the cancellation policy?

Annual memberships run for 12 months. You can cancel before renewal. The 30-day guarantee covers your first month; after that, no refunds on the remaining period.
